I am an international entrepreneur and strategic advisor with hands-on experience in both corporate leadership roles and entrepreneurial ventures, building, scaling and restructuring scalable business models across Europe, the United States, Mexico and LATAM.

With an Industrial Engineering background and nearly three decades operating at the intersection of strategy, operations and execution, I bring a structured, analytical and pragmatic approach to business growth and transformation.

I also bring deep hands-on experience in brand development, product strategy and international sourcing, including outsourced manufacturing across Asia, North America and Europe, operating under strict quality, compliance and cost-efficiency standards.
